Not because we’re not good enough. But because the system is built around broken tools: clunky forms, generic resume templates, and cover letters that feel like you’re trying to guess the right answer on a test nobody explained.
Aixon is my attempt to fix that.
Where this all started
I’ve been helping folks with resumes and freelance clients with hiring workflows for years. And every time, it hit me how badly we needed a better system, one that doesn’t just check boxes but actually helps people tell their story, highlight their strengths, and feel confident hitting the “Apply” button.
In early 2024, I started experimenting with AI workflows and automations. What began as a side idea quickly turned into something I couldn’t stop thinking about: what if an AI assistant could behave like a real career coach, one that understands your resume, gets the job you’re applying for, and helps you present your best self?
That’s how Aixon was born.
So what is Aixon?
Aixon is an AI-powered assistant that helps you:
- Analyze your resume and score each section
- Highlight missing pieces, gaps, and keyword issues
- Rewrite your experience like a recruiter would prefer it
- Generate tailored resumes and cover letters for any job
- Chat naturally, no forms, no dropdowns, no friction
It feels less like using software and more like texting a smart friend who’s really good at job applications.
What’s live in this soft launch?
This is a pre-BETA soft launch, which means we’re testing the core functionality with early users while polishing things up for public BETA very soon.

And yes, privacy is built in from day one. We simply extract the content, convert it into structured text, and use that securely on our private backend as the base for all AI help. Nothing is reused, nothing is exposed.
